The room is located on the upper floor of a Massionette apartment with direct access to the bathroom. From the roof terrace you can look over Leipzig and enjoy the evening. Nearby are Rewe, Penny, a pharmacy, a baker, post office and connections to public transport. I am only in the apartment during the day and therefore do not "disturb" the stay:-). The best way to communicate with me is via WhatsApp. The space I'd like the apartment to be treated like it's own. So with care and prudence.
