Great guesthouse between nature and culture

Studio Tjilp is a lovely and comfortable guesthouse with it's own entrance in the very centre of the Netherlands. You'll find both nature and culture nearby. The shops and restaurants of the small, cute city Leerdam are within walking distance. But there is also a beautifull landscape around. The house offers Wifi and a nice terrace in the green garden. It's also ideal if you want to work or retire for a while peacefully. The space Studio Tjilp is a beautiful, freestanding, two story guest house. It has been tastefully decorated, with a personal touch and big windows looking out on the green. It has nice sanitary, a little countertop with ample dishes, a small fridge and a microwave. There is a good Wi-Fi connection available for you. The terrace facing the south is sunny for most of the day (unless it’s cloudy) and it has a woodstove for a warm fire when the sun goes down. If you’d rather stay inside and watch a movie on the bed, that’s also possible (DVD only). The welcoming hosts are more than happy to help you, should you have any special demands. Musicstandards, games, a shihatsu massagedivice or tape? just ask for it. In the neighbourhood you can make nice walkings and bycicletours, while in summer you can also rent a canoe or swim in the beautifull river the Linge. Visit the old fortresses of the Dutch Waterline (World Heritage!) and the famous glassstudio's, galeries and the museum. Or just stay in the Studio and the garden and relax! Guest access Studio Tjilp is freestanding, which provides you with plenty of freedom to do what you like. You reach the guest house by your own entrance through the garden of the hosts’ house. Upstairs are two comfy beds, downstairs there is a sofa bed. You can check in any time you want from 15.00 A.M. on. After your stay, please check out before 11.00 A.M. It is possible to store your luggage. Studio Tjilp is easy to reach by public transport. Parking near the house is no problem. Other things to note Studio Tjilp is a no-smoking guesthouse, but feel free to smoke outside on the terrace. The Studio is freestanding, but neighbours are living arround.
