On the ground floor, you may also find the sleeping area composed of one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with a French bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one double bedroom that overlooks the private sea view terrace and one single bedroom) and one bathroom with a shower. In the basement, accessible from outside and inside, there is a lovely suite ( which can become independent if necessary) with a double bed, a small relaxing area with tv and a bathroom with a shower. The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style with particular attention to detail. In the basement, there is also the laundry room All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets. The villa is surrounded by a lush ornamental garden consisting of native Mediterranean plants and lawn. Overlooking the patio, there is the infinity pool(10mt x 5 mt x1.40 mt) and the solarium area equipped with sun beds. Close to the solarium, there is an external bathroom with a shower. The nearest beach “Guidaloca bay” is 5 km away. The pitoresque town of Castellammare del Golfo with its castle and harbour is 6 km from the villa. Here you may find all the main services you need: supermarkets, restaurants, post office, pharmacy ect. ect. The old village of Scopello and Lo Zingaro Natural Reserve are about 8 km from the villa. Guest access The villa is private. Other things to note • The Municipality of Castellammare del Golfo applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age and adults over 75 are exempt from payment. The tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in. Please make sure to have coins with you upon arrival. • In accordance with Italian regulations, all guests must present a valid ID at check-in and sign the rental agreement. Before arrival, you will be asked to complete online check-in. • A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €15.00. • A high chair is available upon request for an additional fee of €15.00. • For check-in after 10:00 PM, a request must be sent in advance and an additional fee of €50.00 applies. • Guests are not allowed to have visitors in the villa.
