Myrtia Beach House is situated right in the center of Tersanas Bay, surrounded by a green courtyard of 4000 square meters, and has a direct view to the sea and the White Mountains.The beach is literally next to the property. The space Myrtia Beach House was built in 1962 as a traditional Greek family vacation home. In August 2015 a full renovation of the house was completed with partial EU funding. Key aspect of the renovation were to improve the house's energy consumption and make it suitable/comfortable for handicapped people. Now it operates as a villa for rent throughout the year.
