Small rustic and cozy maisonette in a quiet and peaceful environment. Simple and no frills, it is close to parks and tourist sites (Val Joly, L'Eau d'Heure lakes). It is perfect for solo travelers, people on business trips (Framatom factory 10 min and MCA 20 min). Close to Maubeuge and Belgium, it is halfway between Paris and Brussels in a green setting. The space Converted stable, equipped with a small functional kitchen, bathroom, your bedroom is upstairs and you are sharing with me😉 TV in your bedroom😉 Guest access My place is available in its entirety, but in co-location with me😉 I occupy the bottom at night!! but of course, kitchen, bathroom etc... are accessible to you 😉 During your stay big precision, it's a shared apartment and the accommodation is not big, but well I work, I'm not always there 😉 Other things to note Rustic accommodation so don't expect a modern and high-tech place but nevertheless it is well equipped and has all the amenities necessary for your stay.
