Experience the essence of Italian countryside living in Umbria. The space The San Martino holiday home has two separate apartments on two floors rented together to one family or group. The pool is shared with the smaller house Martinino. The ground floor has a lovely terrace in front of the house, looking down over the swimming pool (fenced, so ideal for young children) and the beautiful green valley below. One enters the kitchen with a fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker, dishwasher and oven. There is one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. This ground floor apartment is suitable for less able users. Somebody in a wheelchair can enter without steps and doors are wider, but the shower has a shower cabin. There is a foldable chair in the shower. At the side of the house, an external staircase leads up to the first floor that houses the second apartment. The whole front of the first floor has a panoramic balcony. From the kitchen, you can enter the terrace and also from one of the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms (one double, one with a double and a single bed and one single) and two bathrooms with a shower upstairs. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker and oven. There is a washing machine at the back of the house. Also the guests of Martinino will use this washing machine. There is a barbecue and a pizza oven. The car can be parked near the house. Note: there is no living room. Guest access The grounds are shared with the guests of Martinino. This is a smaller house sleeping 4 guests. It is not immediately visible from the Villa San Martino and has its own entrance and parking. The pool is shared as well as the washing machine which is behind the Villa San Martino in a small shed. The pool is open from June through September. It is 13 by 6 meters and up to 1.40 meter deep. Other things to note If you bring your dog, you will have to pay €50 extra.
