The studio is located in a residence, on an enclosed property of 800,000 sqm. In the same residence are the holiday apartments GAR PES 008 (4 people) and GAR PES 009 (6 people). The holiday apartments are located in 4 residential blocks over 2 floors - Camelie, Phoenix, Magnolie and Limoni, which, together with the Parc Hotel4 * (GAR PES 906), are part of the "Il Paradiso Golf Resort". Peschiera del Garda is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Verona. Its location on the River Mincio - the only outflow of Lake Garda - makes this place unique and special. The old town, which is completely surrounded by canals, is an ideal starting point for a shopping tour. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
