There is an in-built reading nook with a mounted feature ship wheel and downlights for an additional area to relax. The Nautical Nook boasts all-new kitchen facilities and modern furnishings, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and convenient. Whether you’re preparing a seaside feast or simply relaxing in the living area, you’ll appreciate the modern touches. The kitchen has a black granite sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric stovetop and oven. Directly off the kitchen is the island breakfast bench with high-backed seating for 4. The master bedroom has a a queen bed beneath the ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table with lamp. The second bedroom with original wooden floorboards has a double bed, bedside table with lamp and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with handheld showerhead, single basin vanity and separate toilet. The laundry is located within the bathroom and has a Haier combined front loader washing machine and dryer. The enclosed backyard has a wood walkway down to the far back grassed area with umbrella, that is a perfect sport for the outdoor dining table and chairs. Undercover parking included. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions.
