Beautifully located, approx. 100 m², newly renovated in 2021, very well equipped and lovingly furnished apartment in an old building on the ground floor of a detached three-family house in the heart of Landau. Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite its direct proximity to the city center (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress complex (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also within minutes walking distance. The space The bright, spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 180x200cm, 1 double bed 200x200cm, 1 French bed 140x200cm), a fully equipped kitchen (from A like aluminum foil to Z like toothpick) with a new kitchenette, a bright daylight bathroom as well as a cozy room to linger and relax. From the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, there is direct access to the garden, which has a small terrace and seating area. The entire apartment is stylishly and uniquely furnished with a great deal of attention to detail – featuring countless pieces of handcrafted furniture and special items with a long history, from an original mural from the French occupation of Landau after World War II to the old kitchen sideboard, dining table, and sofas belonging to the family's grandmothers. Whether you're staying for just a weekend or longer, with its exceptional charm, the apartment exudes an absolutely comfortable atmosphere where every guest feels at home and can still relax and unwind far from the usual stresses of everyday life, for example, with a steaming cup of tea or coffee after an invigorating walk through the Palatinate vineyards. Families with children are very welcome – a travel cot, 2 high chairs, children's tableware and bibs, a toilet seat and potty, and toys are provided. You can check in at any time of the day using a code-secured key box. Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment. Guest access The entire apartment, including 2 terraces (north- and south-facing), is available to our guests. In addition, use of the rear left garden (small outdoor seating area with table and chairs). Likewise, the use of the washing machine and dryer in the basement/laundry room (the appliances are labeled “Ferienglück”). Other things to note Parking has not been free of charge in the entire residential area since July 2026. Various parking rates are available. We provide a free parking space on private premises.
