This property is nicely situated on the outskirts of Haverhill within walking distance to the bus stop which commutes regularly to Cambridge Numerous pubs/resturants and food places here including a Wetherspoons and numrous takeaway options too Tesco/Sainsbury's/Aldi/lidl/ and Iceland all situated in Haverhill The space this accomodation offers all you should need to enjoy a warm, welcoming friendly stay away from the Town. The property offers an oversized bathroom in a modern house with cosy inviting furnishings. (Towel is available if needed please make it known before or on arrival). (keep all your personal items in your room with you). The kitchen is well equipped if you should need to prepare some food , and there's a microwave if needed. Shower facilities only are available if a shower is desired. Please note this is a strict non smoking home of any sort (including vapes) please note that no smoking is permitted on or at this accommodation during your stay. Please note I do have 2 cats which are are friendly and loveable If your stay here us outside an average 9-5 working pattern please make this known prior to your booking to check that this accommodation is suitable for your work pattern before a booking is made. If you think you will be returning to the property after 22.30 hrs any evening during your stay please make me aware of this prior to your booking as this is a room within a house and therefore access will need to be sorted for sec the house would be locked by this time most evenings. This accommodation is ideal if you need a place to come back to in the evening and relax after being at work and want to chill. PLEASE NOTE (Not to occupied during the day for guests unless I have been made aware of the request and agreed prior to your booking to your work pattern outside of a regular 9-5 job that may require a little flexibility). Please keep your room as tidy and as it was on your arrival and do NOT move any of the furniture about without prior permission. The kitchen is avaiable for use by you if needed to prepare a meal/snack and all your meals are to be eaten downstairs at the table ( no food is to be taken or eaten in your room other than a light snack crisps biscuits etc). (Microwave is also available to use) if you need to heat up food. IF YOU ARE WORKING OUTSIDE a full standard 9-5 working day please make this know your me prior to your booking to check suitability. Please be aware that for security of this home that your back before 22.30 hrs as the property will be locked so if you plan to be later than this I must be made aware so that arrangements can be made so not to disturb the household if you plan to be later and that you can get in. During your stay This is the perfect accomodation for anyone working local to this area looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxed stay. I can offer a light complimentary breakfast to help you on your way of either toast and jams or cereal with tea/coffee which you can prepare yourself. (please make this known to me before arrival via a message if you require this so I can show you where it’s all kept.) If I accept a 1 night booking there will be an additional fee requested of £5.00 to cover the laundry to change over the bedding for such a short stay.
