Spitaki is just outside the town of Ierapetra and just 2 minutes on foot from a Blue-Flag-awarded beach. We provide beach towels and chairs. Spitaki is an independent and safe residence (around 38 sq m), with a yard (around 40 sq m) full of flowers. There are fields and houses around. The walking distance to the centre of the town is around 25 min. Welcome! The space Our little house is located in a neighborhood in the countryside, and is adjacent to a small road that leads to the sea. It has a lovely little courtyard with flowers where you can relax, eat your breakfast or sunbathe. There is no tent / canopy at our little yard. There are many plants that fill the outdoor space with beauty. The whole house is made in traditional Greek style. The comfortable living room, the beautiful handmade kitchen, the simple bedroom, our small bathroom are all designed to offer you relaxation and coolness under the hot summer sun of southern Crete. Welcome to Ierapetra, the southern town of Europe! Guest access The walking distance to the sea is just 2 minutes. As you reach the sea, you will find one of the best and oldest restaurants in the city, "Klio". About 15 minutes on foot are two supermarkets, while the city center is about 25 minutes on foot. You can reach Ierapetra walking along the beach, by the sea. You can park your car for free on the public road next to the house. If you are a visitor with a wheel chair, please contact us prior to booking spitaki. We have two removable wooden ramps that will allow you to enter into the yard and the main house, easily. Try some special local products and enjoy genuine Cretan flavors! - In the little house we use environmentally friendly detergents, that do not contain harsh chemicals and for which no animal experiments have been performed - In the closet you will find wooden hangers, plastic hangers, and hangers special for skirts - We offer two types of excellent quality sleeping pillows (medium & soft) - There is a recycling bin - There are mosquito repellent devices for the room and the yard - We have a beach towel and a beach chair for each guest.
