The space The large two-level house consists of three completely different /autonomous parts (two of which are rented out), and have unconnected (different) entrances / exits, as well as separate recreation areas. What makes this place unique. We offer a room that is ideal for two people or a family with a child. Profitable, convenient, practical! Entrance from the street, on the first floor there is a dressing room, then the stairs to the second floor, a large bathroom with warm floors, a kitchen area with access to the balcony, then a living room and a small bedroom. The space has everything you need to spend a weekend or a couple of days of vacation - just perfect! Guest access On the territory of 20 acres there is a Russian wood-fired bath, a gazebo-brazier, a comfortable children's town, a tennis table (in summer), the plot is fenced and has a landscape design. The bath is a separate building, paid separately (not included in the price) 2500 rubles without time limit, sheets, brooms -150 rubles a piece!!! Barbecue, skewers, grills, firewood (150 rubles per bundle) Other things to note It is important to observe the declared number of guests when booking! Additional guests are discussed separately and cannot be on the premises without additional consent. Only small cats and dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
