The space The house is very close to Amarynthos, a seaside town with everything you need: pharmacy, supermarket, taverns, cafés, and both organized and quiet beaches — all about a 10-minute drive away. The area is known for its hospitality and reasonable prices. In just 20 minutes you can reach Eretria, with even more options for dining, entertainment, and cultural sights (such as the Archaeological Museum and the small islands opposite the town), while in the other direction, 20 minutes away, you'll find Aliveri, a charming town with a marina, waterfront, and plenty of local cuisine options. If you'd like to explore more distinctive beaches, within 40 minutes you can reach the impressive Mageires beach and Korasida, one of the most stunning beaches in Southern Evia with crystal-clear turquoise waters. The area offers an ideal combination of mountain and sea, relaxation and nearby options — far from the crowds, yet close to everything you need. Guest access After your booking is confirmed, we will send you a specific Google Maps link with the exact location of the property. Access to the keys is via a key box (lockbox) located at the property, with the code provided prior to your arrival. We recommend accessing the property by car. From the main road, it's approximately 800 meters to the house, along a dirt road with two uphill sections. While we advise driving carefully on this stretch, there's no need to worry — all guests have accessed the property this way before without any issues. Other things to note This property is a detached house located in a quiet and private mountainside setting, offering panoramic and unobstructed views of the Evoikos Gulf. It is an ideal choice for families or groups of up to 9 guests. The house features 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a large balcony and a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing while taking in the view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Private parking for 2–3 cars is also provided. The property is pet-friendly (with responsible supervision) and includes basic amenities suitable for families with young children. It is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and nature, while still being within easy reach of the city. 🔸 Bedroom access policy: 1) For bookings of 2 guests, access is provided to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 2) For bookings of 4 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available. 3) For bookings of 6 or more guests, all bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible. Please note that for bookings of 2 guests, the remaining bedrooms will not be accessible. All other areas of the house (kitchen, living room, terrace, parking, etc.) remain fully and exclusively available to guests. 🔸 Access note: The last approximately 800 meters leading to the property is a dirt road with two uphill sections. It is accessible by car, but extra caution is recommended. 🔸 Additional information: 1) Although a central heating system is installed, it is not in use. 2) The charge for children is different, please contact the accommodation before booking your dates. 3) Bedrooms are accessed via stairs (interior or exterior). One bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, reached via the interior staircase through the living room. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, accessible via the exterior staircase, along with a second bathroom.
