Hectors House - Holiday Cottage

Set between the Broads National Park and the Coast, Hectors House is the ideal location for beach, walking,cycling,boating,fishing and bird watching. Hectors House built in the 1900's originally a farm workers cottage has been completely renovated and brought back to life with its enchanting low ceilings and winding traditional Norfolk twist staircase, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility The space Hectors House has a comfortable sitting room, with a window seat, a television with freeview plus a DVD player. Alternatively there is a large selection of board games for you to play on cosy nights in. There is free Wifi throughout the house and garden too! The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with washing machine, fridge, freezer- ice is included, perfect for hot , sunny days! We also provide tea, coffee and soft drinks. Washing up liquid, tea towels and cleaning products all free of charge. Upstairs there are two good sized double rooms both have double beds, there is plenty of storage and both rooms have bed side sockets and heaters. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in power shower and shaver point. Shower gels, hand soap and deodorants are are all available free of charge for your convenience as is toilet paper. We do allow small dogs at the property subject to our approval and an additional cost of £10.00 per night, per dog is required. Guest access Hectors House has a key lock located just outside the front of the property it also boasts safe off street parking to the front of the house. The front garden comprises of a gated area, seating and surrounded by florals in bloom. Your can relax in the knowledge that dogs are safe within the front and rear garden as both are enclosed and safe. The rear garden is perfect to relax in, with a lawned area plus patio section with comfortable furniture. The perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Should you require to do any laundry whilst away on holiday a washing line is available should you need it. Other things to note Pets are welcome, subject to our pre-approval with a maximum of two small dogs. We do make a charge which is payable at the property before departure. Hectors House is situated in a dog friendly area. Dogs are welcome at our local public houses, plus we are fortunate to have beautiful public footpaths on our door step. Our back garden area is completely enclosed and doggie friendly as is the front of Hectors House.
