Authentic Breton house by the sea

If you like old walls, this house is for you. Located by the sea, it offers a breathtaking view. Wherever you are, you will appreciate the beauty of the place and enjoy its privileged location. The space The house has retained its original appearance both outside and inside, so no designer decor, just the kitchen and bathrooms redone. The main entrance puts you on one level in a large living room of more than 60 m² with wooden floors from the period and which shows its age, it squeaks as you would expect! On the ceiling, beams and the bedroom floor. A functional insert in the antique fireplace will allow you to make some flames. A passage leads you to the fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining entrance with a shower room and above an extra bedroom in the mezzanine served by an open staircase, useful for children. Everything has been renovated respecting the atmosphere of the place, conducive to rest. Upstairs, two beautiful double-exposure bedrooms of about twenty m² offer breathtaking sea views. The two sanitary areas, on the ground floor and upstairs, have been refurbished and the electricity has been completely revised for maximum safety. The house has central heating and a very recent boiler. In short, modern comfort in a fabulous old setting, a landscape that you don't get tired of for a moment and a most welcoming flower garden. Guest access Depending on the number of people, you will be able to access all or part of the house. For one or two people, you will enjoy an upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. For three or four people, a second bedroom on the same floor equipped with two separate 90 cm wide beds will be available. Finally, if there are five or six of you, you'll have access to the third mezzanine bedroom and its shower room. There is a crib upstairs, between the two bedrooms. This space is therefore accessible regardless of the number of guests. The property is divided into two parts connected by a staircase. The upper level is reserved for you while I may be required to occupy the lower space a few times. Other things to note Please note that it is imperative that the house is vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow the company that manages the cleaning to operate before the arrival of any new guests. You can arrive and depart any day of the week. Out of respect for non-smoking guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside under penalty of a €500 financial penalty and complaint to the site if the maintenance staff report prohibited use – opening the windows before departure does not remove the smells!! In winter, you can use the living room insert which is operational and swept regularly. It is imperative to close the glass door after lighting the fire, otherwise the smoke spreads in the house and you risk carbon monoxide poisoning. Use dry wood to buy in the supermarket.
