Guests must present a valid ID at the lobby for registration upon arrival. Please note that NO PETS are allowed and SMOKING is NOT PERMITTED inside the unit. To help keep our rates affordable, we don’t provide towels and toiletry kits in the unit. Guests are kindly encouraged to bring their own for a more comfortable stay. While we don’t have a water heater, you may use the electric kettle provided to heat water. A dipper and pail are also available for your convenience. We do offer reliable backup power to keep the Wi-Fi running during outages — perfect for remote workers. We kindly ask guests to treat the space with care and respect for future visitors. ========== Approval of bookings is processed from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As per condominium policy, booking approvals must be done within office hours, so please book ahead of time—especially for weekend stays. When requesting to book, always send a copy of the ID as proof to the host, and make sure all guests checking in bring their IDs. No additional or unregistered guests will be allowed. Note: We don't issue OR but you may download the invoice Airbnb app or reach out with Airbnb support for assistance. PARKING: We don't have a reserved parking space but we only offer the FREE street-side parking located in both Misericordia and Blumentritt Street Bedroom setup: 1st room with single bed 2nd room with double bed 2 sofabeds (dual and trifold double size) Note: A visitor fee of ₱200 per person applies to outside guests (visitors who will not be staying overnight).
