Villa Pristinus is a newly restored luxurious 18th century estate that stands on the slops of Biokovo mountain, 15 km north of Makarska.Set at the end of a private road, with an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation and organic garden, you can enjoy yourself with the outmost privacy.The area around pool is constructed in a form of many terraces furnished with benches and sun beds overlooking the pool and countryside.A perfect resting spot for a couple, friends or family travelers! Avid cooks will find themselves right at home in the villa’s fully equipped kitchens -3 indoors plus an outdoor traditional fire burning oven, all of them fully supplemented with dining seatings.The property is beautifully furnished with antique furnitures. Some rooms are still stood with the 300 years old stone walls that presents the history of this beautiful country as well as the authentic tavern which provides a built-in indoor barbecue, a wood burning cooking stove, a wine bar and tables for about 18 people. All the spaces are equipped with smart Air Conditioners for the most enjoyable experience. There are Smart TVs in every bedroom and one in the living room. The villa is located in a small village, with only a few houses and a couple of inhabitants. It is located at the very top and has a view of the Biokovo mountain and the rest of the houses. There is no traffic in the street where the house is located, so it is safe for walking and children's play. During your stay, we are available 24/7 if needed. The rolling hills surrounding the villa are great for walking, with many different trails suitable for all ages and abilities. The villa is located 12 minutes drive from Makarska coast. Located near the border of Bosnia and Hercegovina and just a few minutes drive from beautiful town of Imotski where you can find natures phenomenon Blue and Red lake, local cafes, restaurants, museums, and even bars with poetry nights. The guest will receive detailed instructions for arriving at the villa, one day before the booked date. Parking is located right in front of the villa. There is room for approximately 10 cars. It is on a private road and guarantees complete safety and privacy. Guests have an organic garden at their disposal, with local fruits and vegetables as well as numerous herbs to complement their food.
