Easy walking distance of the fabulous market town of Boroughbridge with it lovely bakeries, pubs etc. Easy drive to Ripon, York, thirsk, Wethetby, Harrogate. 1 pet, more by agreement, sorry no cats. No children. 32inch flat smart flat screen TV Netflix , Prime, BBCi Player etc Wetroom Bedding and towels supplied. Strictly no smoking inside or out. The space The annex is set on the ground floor with no internal steps or stairs. 5 minute walk into the beautiful North Yorkshire town of Boroughbridge with its great selection of pubs, bakeries and an award winning butcher and of course seen in many many episodes of the Yorkshire Vet. It’s also only a 2 minute walk to historic standing stones, the Arrows, said to be older than stone henge. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar included. Plates, mugs, glasses, pot, pans etc inc. Double bed. Wetroom. All bedding and towels On site parking available. All vehicles left / parked at own risk. We can not accept liability for any loss or damage. 1 pet to be declared at booking. Fee £15 per stay. Only 2 minutes drive from the A1/M1 making it an ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. The annex is almost equal distance to Harrogate, York, Wetherby, Ripon and Thirsk. Easy walking distance to Boroughbridge centre. Other things to note Whilst breakfast is not included Boroughbridge has lots of lovely bakeries and cafes. Check in is 4pm earliest . Check out by 10am. The annex is strictly non smoking inside or out. Strictly no children, unfortunately we not insured for them. No cats, sorry.
