The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - This villa boasts 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom on the Ground Floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor). - Standing Fans are available in all bedrooms. - Bedrooms are equipped with Fans for your comfort. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. - Heaters can be provided upon special request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 6 people on a sofa. - The living room has a 4 seater dining table. - Television is available in the living area for you to relax and chill. Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 3 bathrooms, each bedroom is attached with a bathroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Heavy cooking is prohibited.  - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, induction and water purifier.  - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use. Outdoor Area: - The Villa has an outdoor lawn with a seating area. - A music system is available for your enjoyment. - You can enjoy bonfire in the lawn area (Additional Charges) - Experience a jaw dropping view of the hills. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay, here are a few simple house guidelines. ⚡ **Power Backup & Connectivity** • As our villas are nestled amidst nature, occasional electricity or Wi-Fi interruptions may occur during extreme weather. • Inverter backup supports **lights & fans for up to 3 hours** *(subject to guest usage).* ACs and high-power appliances will not operate during backup. Generator backup is available on request at an additional cost. 🏊 **Pool & Outdoor Areas** • **Pool Access:** **1-night stays:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | **2+ night stays:** Pool access is available throughout your stay until **10:00 PM daily** *(except on checkout morning).* • Proper swimwear is mandatory. Please avoid food, beverages, glassware, and **NO pets in the pool**. • Outdoor music is permitted at a decent volume until **10:00 PM**. After that, you're welcome to continue indoors at a respectful volume. DJs and heavy sound systems are strictly not permitted & will be confiscated. 💳 **Arrival & Check-in** • A **refundable security deposit** is collected during check-in and refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages, outstanding dues, house guidelines are followed, and checkout is completed on time. • Any pending booking balance must be cleared within the first hour of check-in. A valid Government-issued photo-address ID is mandatory for all guests (**PAN Card is not accepted**). 🍳 **Kitchen & Guest Services** • The kitchen is available for light cooking (Tea, Coffee & Maggi) and reheating meals. • Chef services, BBQ arrangements, and **meal packages starting at ₹1,200/ person/ day** are available on prior request. • Caretaker assistance is available until **11:00 PM**.
