A self-contained detached 1930’s house in the village of Baildon, with its varied shops and eateries. Accomodation for 5 people with a spacious garden. A short walk takes you up to beautiful Baildon Moor and surrounding areas. The world heritage site of Saltaire is also very close. 5 miles away is the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford. Leeds, Ilkely, The Yorkshire Dales, Skipton, Howarth and Harrogate are also within striking distance. Leeds Bradford airport is about 15mins by road. The space There is ample off road parking for two/three cars and a large lawned garden with mature trees and bushes Accommodation is spacious, functional and relaxing. The main bedroom has a double bed and features a bay window seat. The second is a twin room with windows on two sides and distant views. The third is a cosy single. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a separate WC. A wood panelled hall remains as when built. Downstairs is a spacious lounge has bay window,comfy seats and a cosy wood burning stove. A dining room has french doors to the garden. Also overlooking the garden is a modern bright kitchen with dishwasher etc. and a separate space for the washing machine.
