A spacious (112 m²), bright apartment with two bedrooms awaits you, which occupies the entire south-facing half of the guest house - nestled in a large garden with lawn. The terrace windows give a clear view of the wide flat landscape of the Rossiner meadows. Threshold-free floors, wide doors and a walk-in shower make the apartment also usable for wheelchair users. (Access to the terrace with a wheelchair only through the house entrance) The space The kitchen area is particularly spacious, which merges into the living room area via the dining area for 6 to 8 people. Everything looks spacious and is deliberately kept in bright tones to enhance the bright atmosphere created by several floor-to-ceiling windows. Guest access The South apartment is one of two apartments in the guest house. However, indoor and outdoor areas are kept separate for each apartment. Only the large hallway and storage room are used by guests from both apartments. Other things to note On the grounds there is a large old stable building, which is only inhabited by many swallows and other birds in summer. Entering this building is not allowed. Please request a travel cot for toddlers and infants and a high chair in advance, as they are only provided if required. The accommodation is 112 m² and calculated for three people, including babies and toddlers. In the bedrooms, in the cooking area and in the bathroom, the windows are equipped with insect screens. Other open doors and windows quickly invite annoying guests such as flies, mosquitoes, beetles and spiders, especially in the dark. Wi-Fi is available. Unfortunately, some mobile operators do not adequately serve our area.
