The space The villa has a capacity of 14 persons, it has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Also, there are 2 sofa beds in the livingroom. The villa has 4 bathrooms, all with showers. The living room is generous, it has a lounge area with sofa, tv, dvd, library etc, a dining area and a very nice outside-view corner which is perfect for playing boardgames. In the living room there is also a fireplace that warms your body and soul. In the attic, where the 4th bedroom is located, there is a video projector, a home cinema system and an impressive collection of films and concerts. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. On the terrace there is a dining area and a playground for children. Also, outside there is a summer kitchen equipped with barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove. Children can play on the playground located on the terrace, at the treehouse or they can do: archery, jump on the trampoline, play volleyball / basketball / badminton / soccer / billiards.
