Georgia's house - Stunning view by the Libyan Sea

Seaside detached house of 85 sq.m. with stunning views of the Libyan Sea, the Asterousia Mountains and the Tsoutsouros Beach. Away from neighboring dwellings and unwanted sounds, it offers peaceful and invigorating holidays. The space The house is located 1.5 km away from the small fishing village of Tsoutsouros, 60 km from Heraklion and at an altitude of 25 m from the sea level. It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests (+ possibility for 1 more with a camp bed in the living room), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is surrounded by the back and front courtyards with trees and flowers and the large veranda has a reed pergola for sunshade and excellent views. You can access the beach either through a stone paved staircase that starts in the front yard and ends in a sand dune just over the beach (3min). A neighboring path of moderate inclination (10 min) is also available and of course by car it's less than 5 min. Guest access Everywhere in the property except for the basement. Other things to note All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning except for the single room, which is provided with a fan. We do not offer cleaning services during our guests' stay but we provide extra bed linen and towels in the wardrobes. Registration Details 00000823024
