The space Set: Leaving behind the almond fields, ascending a winding path through the forest, we reach an enclosed, bounded, flat space: the entrance courtyard to the house. It is located at the top of a small hill overlooking the Islotes de La Conejera, the Bay of Portmany and the countryside towards San Rafael. The house is a game of volumes, walls, transparencies and insinuations. It rests on the forest without invading or transforming it. Simple coexistence with nature and integration into the landscape without landscaping, artificialities or false cover-ups. On the main floor are the living areas, kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and two bedrooms. All this is turned to the outdoor areas, partially covered with a pergola and the pool and the solarium terrace that delimits it on two of its sides. A barbecue area is located at the end next to the kitchen. On the upper level is the master bedroom with a small attached studio. On the lower level there are three rooms.
