Cozy vacation cottage in a nice location

In a very convenient location compared to the beautiful forests of the Oranjewoud and the center of Heerenveen, this cute holiday home with its own sun terrace and unobstructed views of the garden is located. This former garage has recently been completely transformed into a comfortable and cozy studio. You can enjoy cycling and walking nearby and the Frisian lake area is a 20 minute drive from here. Furthermore, the center of Heerenveen offers plenty of cozy terraces and bars. The space The compact but complete cottage, located in the garden, has a luxurious bathroom, kitchenette, small seating area, bar and a private terrace with a wonderful view of a tree party. There is TV and Wifi available. The bed is a small double bed of 1.40 by 2.00. For anyone who doesn't want to be woken up by the neighbor's rooster, earplugs are available ;-) If desired, there is access to the utility room to use the washing machine or to put suitcases. Please ask for the key to access the utility room upon arrival. I have done my best to keep the price/quality ratio as tidy as possible; The price includes tourist tax €2.40 per person, per night, and one does not have to pay for the linen, etc. In addition, there is a basic breakfast ready for the first day, this is an extra service. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the service fee that airbnb charges, this is outside of me. Other things to note There are a few house rules to keep in mind: Respect the neighbors. No music or loud talking on the terrace after 10pm. It is not allowed to smoke in the cottage. Drugs in all forms are prohibited. Animals ( even though I love it) are not allowed in the cottage.
