Cozy vacation cottage in a nice location

In a very convenient location compared to the beautiful forests of the Oranjewoud and the center of Heerenveen is this cute vacation home with its own sun terrace and unobstructed views of the garden. This former garage has been completely transformed into a comfortable and cozy studio. You can enjoy cycling and walking nearby and the Frisian lake area is a 20 minute drive from here. Furthermore, the center of Heerenveen offers plenty of cozy terraces and bars. The space The compact but complete cottage, located in the garden, has a spacious bathroom, complete new kitchen, sitting area, bar and a private terrace with wonderful views of a tree. There is TV and WiFi available. There is a new bed (Sept 2026) measuring 160 by 200, hotel quality. For anyone who doesn't want to be woken up by the neighbor's rooster, earplugs are available ;-) If desired, there is access to the utility room to use the washing machine or to put suitcases. Please ask for the key to access the utility room upon arrival. I have done my best to keep the price/quality ratio as reasonable as possible. The price includes tourist tax of €2.45 per person per night and the 15.5% service fee for Airbnb. You do not have to pay for linens, etc., so the price is all-inclusive. In addition, a basic breakfast is provided for the first day; this is an extra service. Other things to note There are a few house rules to consider: Respect the neighbors. No music or loud talking on the terrace after 10 p.m. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. Drugs in all forms are prohibited. Animals (even though I love them) are not allowed in the cottage.
