Access to the gîte by a slightly steep staircase and several levels. On the ground floor, fitness room, Grand Spa 2 Zones, Spa Swim and Jacuzzi 6 m x 2.30 m. Ping pong table, step and weight bench, serving as an entrance hall (1D + 2wc), fireplace, large table Guest access On the ground floor, (serves as an entrance), the private sports room for you: Swimming spa and Jacuzzi (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., opening and closing by the owners), ping pong table, step and weight bench. Fireplace. Balneotherapy + private massage table with supplement, at the hairdressing salon. Very spacious outdoors: 2 spaces, park and barbecue, orchard Large courtyard to park your vehicles. Courtyard or garden for summer meals. All fenced and secured by remote-controlled gate. Outdoor spaces are shared with the owners and friends. We remain discreet. Other things to note Very good 4G, prioritize your co-sharing. Use of the SPA (counter-current swimming for an additional fee for stays of 1 night), very regulated, shower mandatory before, the premises must be kept very clean, use only polycarbonate glasses in the gym. Children must be accompanied in order to comply with hygiene and safety rules. Spa opening on request (between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.). To receive additional friends we offer another gîte 300 m away, for 10 people. For a late check-out, an additional 200 euros will be requested, related to the cost of operating the SPA and the time for the restoration. Baby cot, booster seat, high chair, changing table are available for your babies. (Specify the age when booking). On request, I can prepare bread, brioches or pizzas. A barbecue. The gîte must be left very clean, the cleaning supplement only includes the cleaning of the linen and the SPA.
