Cosy New Forest Annexe near town

I live in a thatched cottage in a quiet lane on the edge of the New Forest, five minutes walk from the delightful market town of Ringwood and its comprehensive choice of restaurants, pubs, and individual shops. The Old Dairy is a spacious 1 bedroom, fully self-contained annexe attached to my house, with its own entrance via lounge patio doors, and dedicated parking. The Old Dairy will comfortably suit two adults, but can easily accommodate a third guest, with an electric air bed available. The space SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE LOUNGE. Large, sunny lounge with comfy leather suite, and a tv with Freeview, and Netflix. Spacious bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and cabinets. BRAND NEW SHOWER ROOM, refitted March 2023, comfortable and modern. On arrival you will find a BREAKFAST STARTER PACK of free-range eggs, bread, butter, marmalade, milk, tea and coffee. Alternatives available on request. THE KITCHENETTE IS VERY SMALL AND HAS NO WASHING MACHINE, BUT DOES HAVE AN AIRFRYER , and all the basics you need to prepare SIMPLE food, including an AIR FRYER, microwave, and induction hob, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Double induction portable hob and saucepans/frying pan. NO washing machine, but we are happy for guests to use ours by arrangement. No full sized oven, but the airfryer provides a quick, tasty and compact way of cooking and reheating any meat, fish or veg, sufficient for two people. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome (2 dogs max), the garden is a good size, and is dog-proof, please let us know if you are bringing your dog(s) with you. We do make a small charge for dogs. There is a small seating area outside the bedroom door, perfect for an evening drink, and double patio doors from the lounge. A new, and very comfortable double-sized inflatable bed is available for an extra guest should it be required, it self-inflates, and deflates, in minutes. Travel cot also available. Guest access Garden, seating area. Lockable outbuilding for bikes. Other things to note We are fully signed up to Airbnb’s COVID cleaning programme, the Old Dairy will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with anti-viral cleaner before your stay, and all other recommended procedures followed, so that you can relax with complete reassurance. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
