It is a two-storey, stone-built, detached villa featuring one bedroom and two bathrooms, with direct access to two beaches Villa Kedros is the right villa when viewed from the sea and features a 32 m² private swimming pool with wooden sun loungers, and a private veranda with an outdoor sitting area. Guests also have another set of private sunbeds on the beach. The villa accommodates 2–4 adults and features an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a private terrace with beautiful beach views. As you enter the villa, the first impression is its subtle, zen-like atmosphere. Whitewashed walls combined with natural stone elements frame the elegant living and dining area, offering all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a luxury retreat. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare a home-cooked meal. On the ground floor, there is also an elegant bathroom, ideal after a long day spent outdoors by the sea. On the upper floor, Villa Kedros features an elegant double bedroom, decorated in soft blue tones with tasteful artwork and ample wardrobe space. Next to the bedroom, you will find the second bathroom, designed with clean lines, sandy tiles, contemporary furniture, and modern fixtures. The bedroom also opens onto a private terrace with magnificent beach views, where guests can enjoy the ever-changing colours of the sea and sky from sunrise to sunset. For summer guests, the villa is equipped with two A/C inverters as well as a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. For winter stays, a pellet stove in the main living area provides additional warmth, while the A/C units also function as heating for both floors. Cedar Bay Villas welcomes couples and adult guests (12+) exclusively, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Other things to note There are three tavernas within walking distance (5') by the beach or by the road. The town of Paleochora is 5’drive from the villas. The closest supermarket is 10’walk. Apart from the Blue Flag Grammeno Beach with its pristine golden sand and lapping azure waters and the Votsalo Beach with its pebbly quiet shore and memorable waters, the area is famous for its stunning and unspoiled beaches. Anydri, Volakas, Plakaki, Krios, Keratides, Elafonissi, Kedrodasos, Limnaki are some of the numerous beaches on the coastline.
