A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of ​​25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony. The space Our apartment combines a quiet location facing the inner courtyard with a very central location right on the Altstadtmarkt. The balcony offers enough space to relax or have breakfast. The complete apartment was renovated in 2022. All kitchen appliances for daily needs are available (oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle...) A large Smart TV helps you switch off in the evening. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms in our apartment with the exception of the cleaning cupboard ;) Other things to note Access to the apartment is usually via a Smartlock system. Don't worry, it's child's play and we'll explain it step by step. What do you get for the €30 cleaning fee? Well, first of all, notice that our dear Father State gets a big chunk of your small fee. From the rest, a decent wage is paid to a domestic help who will: - provides fresh towels - the bed is freshly made - clean and prepare the apartment and - checks whether the inventory is in perfect condition.
