Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Right in between Zion's National Park & Bryce Canyon National Park. Zion's National Park is 50 miles to the south and Bryce Canyon National Park is 24 miles to the east. Perfect for a family retreat. Hunting, fishing or exploring the beautiful trails and ATV adventures that Southern Utah has to offer. Huge spacious yard. The space Please read to the end: This is an older block home built in the 1950’s. It is not fancy but stable. Still in the process of updating, remodeling and working with our guests to make your stay comfortable. Lighting in kitchen is dim but with extra lights under cabinets, above sink and table. Fan remote in kitchen has been lost since last summer. We will be changing them out 2024. 2nd bathroom is also upstairs (main floor) is very narrow. It was a second thought my father had after he had added the back room on. Stairs to basement is low (watch your head if you are tall.) We understand, as we continue to work on improvements, the needs of the house but feel that for the price for large groups you will find the house welcoming to relax, clean, eat in, and rest as you explore the canyons, hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities.
