Country house with garden, dog-friendly, Möhnesee/Soest

Quiet cozy vacation home with great views and a beautiful garden on the edge of the Arnsberg Forest. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You live on the upper floor (bathroom downstairs) and have the large garden (southwest side) for yourself. Ideal area for cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. The house is on a hill, in a very quiet side street (which is only used by the residents. Hiking trails in the nature reserve are 5 minutes away. The space Short trips of less than 1 week are only possible spontaneously on the day of arrival, at the earliest 1 day in advance. The apartment is in the tranquil village of Niederbergheim in a quaint old house with low ceilings. You have great views from every window. The apartment is on the upper floor, the bathroom on the ground floor, of course, all for your own use. 3 bicycles are available free of charge on request. A second bathroom with a washing machine (outside the flat) can be booked in addition for EUR 70 per stay. However, this may be shared in the summer months with other guests who live in a trailer on the other side of the house or property. Guest access Bicycles can be put under a carport protected by rain. On the terrace there are 4 wicker chairs and a table available, on the meadow 2 loungers overlooking the hills of the Arnsberg Forest. The terrace is facing southwest, i.e. you have sun until evening. A charcoal grill is available. Other things to note Please note: - The bed for the 5th person is a fold-out extra bed. - Linen package included (sheets and bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 1 hand towel per guest per stay) - Before departure, please wash and put away dishes, take out the garbage, strip the beds, and vacuum thoroughly. A suitable vacuum cleaner is of course available (under the stairs)
