Toad Hall is our luxury lodge/ treehouse in the woods at Happy Valley Norfolk with incredible views across open unspoilt countryside with a private sunken hot tub on the decking. Suitable for 4 adults & 2 children. Partly disable/pram friendly with under floor heating, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and wet room. King-size accommodation. Ideally located close to Sandringham, Houghton & the North Norfolk coast. 15 mins from Kings lynn station. Perfect retreat to immerse in nature. Wifi-4GBox The space Open plan gable living room kitchen. King-size bedroom downstairs with double doors opening onto morning terrace. Watch the sunset on the west-facing terrace. Double bedroom and space for children to sleep. Wet room and fully functional kitchen. Private hot tub with miles of countryside views. There are space-saving stairs to the first floor. These are quite steep. There is a stair gate at the top but not at the bottom. Something to note if you have small children. Outdoor dining & BBQ. The ground floor is partially disabled-friendly. Anyone booking must be able to open doors independently for easy escape. Suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children Guest access A rural escape surrounded by woodland and open views. The lodge is hired as a whole and consists of king bedroom. Double. Fitted kitchen with oven. Sink. Hob. Fridge. Living space looking across open farmland. The ground floor is part disabled friendly. Anyone booking must be able to open doors independently for easy escape. Other things to note Hot tub may not have reached temperature on arrival due to the measures we are putting in place for Covid. Bedding is provided but please strip covers and sheets and place in laundry bag provided when you leave. Toad Hall stands alone and is private. There are blinds in the gable end and bedroom. No other curtains etc so you can appreciate the rural views. You have to drive up a farm track to reach the lodge. All types of vehicles can drive up here, you do not need a 4x4. Downstairs has king bedroom, wetroom, living room and kitchen (oven, hob, toaster, kettle etc). We are a rural destination nestled in the woods on a traditional Norfolk working farm situated on a Norfolk Wildlife Trust. Space saving stairs to first floor. These are steeper than house stairs. Stair gate at the top. Not at the bottom. The hot tub may not be hot on arrival due to covid deep cleaning, please leave lid on and do not press buttons as this will not speed up heating times. There is a play area for children on the main Glamping site. You will need towels and to bring woodland appropriate footwear. WiFi isn’t the best but that’s due to the rural setting. Not good enough for streaming. 4g in places. A holiday to connect in nature and reconnect with each other.The ground floor is part disabled friendly.
