2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets or smoking. Five other cottages on this peaceful working farm so please enjoy and respect our neighbours. The space Semi detached stone cottage converted from the traditional farm buildings. 2 generous double bedrooms and bathroom with toilet, basin and modern electric shower on first floor. Ground floor entrance hall through to large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with wood burning stove. Patio area and seating. Rear lawn is shared with next door. Outside has wonderful views of our fields, the Tyne Valley and our alpacas! Covered parking in a huge 4.4m by 7m bay. Secure bike storage facility available on request. We’ve signed up to the AirBnB enhanced cleaning protocol and are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between bookings. The cottage is stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, bedding, towels, tea, coffee, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Breakfast cereal and milk supplied. Eggs from our hens also provided, when they are laying! Wi-Fi, 40 inch smart TV, selection of old fashioned games and books. Enjoy the real fire and re-learn the art of conversation! No parties, groups of hens or stag parties. CCTV is in operation across the farm including an ANPR camera at the entrance to keep us all safe :-) Guest access The whole property and garden is for your pleasure!
