There is an equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven for pizza. Bathroom and laundry room. An immaculate garden with lawn goes around the pool area equipped with solarium and sun chairs. Near the pool there is also a shaded area with sofas. One outside shower dedicated to the pool area. The swimming pool ( 5 x 10 mt.) also features a whirpool and a water jet. The villa is situated at about 4 kms from Castellana Grotte town centre, at 5 kms from Conversano, 12 kms from Polignano, 7 kms from Putignano, 15 kms from Monopoli and 15 kms from Alberobello. The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
