Centrally located in Cotteau Raffin near La Gaulette, just 15 minutes drive from kite spots, Le Morne Brabant and Black River National Park. Restaurants, bars, supermarket and filling station are nearby. A perfect place to relax, barbecue and chill by the pool. The space The duplex features one bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool and veranda. The living room includes a click clack sofa, allowing the space to accommodate additional guests. One of the standout features is the modern bathroom with a unique atrium design. A large glass pane opens onto a private vegetated area, creating the feeling of being outdoors while remaining fully enclosed and private. It is a bright and distinctive space unlike most conventional bathrooms. The apartment includes a full kitchen with a functional gas stove and oven, offering everything needed for daily cooking. Outside, you will find a covered veranda with dining setup, a lush garden with loungers, and a private pool that serves as the central focal point of the property. Guest access Guests have full private access to their half of the duplex, including the private pool, garden, veranda and all interior spaces. The pool is exclusively for your use. The property is fully walled and surrounded by a lush garden with coconut trees and seasonal passion fruit vines. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and pick passion fruit when in season. The other half of the duplex is not accessible unless you book the entire property. Parking is located at the front of the property with two side by side spaces, one for each unit. Guests may walk past the neighbouring unit to access their entrance. When renting only one half, the veranda is separated with blinds and shades. While the spaces are clearly divided, this is still a duplex and occasional sound between the two units may be possible.
