If you sit in the window seat at the back, you can look up over the old rooftops to the parish church, which started life not long after the Norman Conquest. We’ve combined antique and modern furniture along with imaginative art to make a fresh, engaging and relaxing environment. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils and crockery. With upgraded high-speed WIFI, we welcome guest who are looking for accommodations to be turned into their home away from home. TV: Amazon Firestick available, allowing guests to enjoy more channels and catch up with favourite TV shows. The duplex is accessed via a communal hallway and staircase. Whilst in the duplex, there is a further set of stairs to gain access to the bedroom and the other bathroom. The upper bedroom has a set of blackout blinds for restful sleep. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and free secure parking a short walk away. Other things to note - This property is part of 3 in the same building & managed by myself. If you cannot find availability in The Eaves, please try the other 2 apartments. - There are 2 x sets of 15 internal steps up to the apartment and then a further 12 steps inside the property to access the upper floor & beds. - The property has low ceilings in the upper bedroom and bathroom. This is due to the duplex being positioned in the Eaves of a Grade 2 listed building. - Please take care of car park gate fobs, they are £50 to replace, and unfortunately, we would have to charge you if these go missing. - Special rates are sometimes available for longer or midweek stays
