Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia. The space The cottage is located in a beautiful environment of the cottage area, surrounded by nature, mature trees and a few steps from the pond. There is a private pier and a boat, thanks to which you can explore the surroundings of the pond and maybe go to the campsite on the opposite shore and have a draft beer and ice cream. The view of the pond has an amazing atmosphere and you will enjoy it best with a glass of wine on the large terrace, which connects directly to the living space. The terrace is a great retreat during the day, you can enjoy a bird concert, watch the squirrels jumping around and, if you're lucky, you'll come across a hare jumping around the cottage. The cottage offers rest and relaxation for 4 people. In the main living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with basic ingredients, followed by a dining room with a living area and a fireplace for romantic evenings. Of course, there is wifi, which will definitely come in handy in bad weather, and you will enjoy a movie night with a view of nature and a fire blazing in the fireplace. The master bedroom is located upstairs, you will find four full beds. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower and, of course, hot water. The main source of heat in the winter months is the fireplace, which beautifully heats the entire cottage. On really cold days, there is also the possibility of heating with underfloor heating. We will be very happy if you visit us with children, but we want to be fair and therefore it is necessary to mention that there are several restrictions, especially for small children. There is no railing at the main staircase to the floor. There is a railing around the outdoor terrace, which has no fillings and therefore there is a risk of falling. Everything is very well seen in the photos. Therefore, please carefully consider visiting with small children, or expect that increased supervision will be needed. In the vicinity of the cottage settlement there are many interesting hiking trails around Kokořínsko, both on foot directly from the cottage or within a short driving distance. There are also many bike paths. Bike lovers can lock their bikes right in the cottage. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee (max 1 dog). For specific information, please write to us in a message.
