Comfortable duplex house located in Siegen – small town in the Rhine Plain. The accommodation is about 85 m2. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. The living room is bright and spacious. Upstairs: a small functional bathroom and two double bedrooms each equipped with a large dressing room. The space We have furnished and decorated the accommodation to accommodate you in the best conditions and to ensure you have a stay in a warm atmosphere. The accommodation is attached to our residence but independent with a private entrance to ensure maximum privacy. You can park your vehicle on the street or in the yard if you wish. The accommodation does not have air conditioning but the double-flow VMC will ensure pleasant temperatures in summer and winter. The living room has a TV as well as an Apple TV allowing you to watch your favorite series and movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. For travelers who can't take a break from their work, or for teleworking, one of the rooms is equipped with a desk with a 24" curved screen (with HDMI cable). The fiber internet link will ensure a fast and stable internet connection for your video conferences.
