Our apartment is located in Lauterstein-Nenningen on the Swabian Alb. You can expect tasteful newly (2023) renovated 70 sqm of living space with 1 bedroom with double bed and a 2nd bedroom with two single beds. A spacious living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, as well as the dining area with integrated kitchen. From the living room and bedroom you can reach the cozy balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The space A parking space on the property as well as parking on the street are available. You have a wonderful view of the beautiful nature. Within walking distance you can reach the Christental reservoir and hiking trails where you can take longer hikes as well as short walks. In the village you will find a butcher with a hot counter, a baker with a snack and café as well as a large selection of food. From here you can plan beautiful excursions by car. We are close to the beautiful city of Schwäbisch Gmünd and Göppingen where you can stroll wonderfully. The cities of Ulm and Stuttgart are not too far away either. Guest access You have your own entrance to our apartment with an anteroom where you can leave jackets and shoes. Other things to note 1 small dog on request.
