One of the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, borders the stairs and is not closed off, the 2nd bedroom upstairs is closed off. Upstairs is Air conditioning, which if you leave the door between both bedrooms open, keeps the entire upper floor wonderfully cool. House has good WiFi, washing machine and dryer can be used at the park for a fee, and is equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave, coffee maker and kettle, bathroom with toilet, Smart TV, central heating and has 3 bedrooms.
