Beautiful 1 room apartment with kitchen in central Homburg

Lovingly furnished 1 ZKB in the attic of a detached house in a central location below the Schlossberg (300 m). University (1 km), city center (800 m) within walking distance, bike rental possible. The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters. Parking provided in front of the house. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, kettle, microwave, 1 induction plate, Nespresso machine. Wifi. The space For the former room of our student daughter, we want nice, tidy, uncomplicated, non-smoking tenants. On request, an extra mattress/travel bed can be provided for a (small) child. The 2 other rooms (guest room, study) in the attic are occasionally shared by us - always only by arrangement or after knocking. Guest access Shared use of washer & dryer on request for a fee (in the basement of the house). Shared use of the garden is possible after consultation. Other things to note Bed linens and towels, Shower gel, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, etc. are available. If something is missing, just ask. I always block 1 day between 2 bookings so that I have enough time to clean and prepare. But I often manage to do it on the same day.
