The space The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining area and living room, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms overlook the terraces overlooking the Seine, one of the 2 is equipped with a shower area and a sink with a king size bed 180/200. The other is equipped with a 160/200, both with a very good quality Epéda bedding. A fifth and sixth person can sleep on a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room thanks to the BZ type sofa with a real 160 mattress. All the windows of the rooms with beds are soundproofed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen area is fully equipped with large capacity fridge and freezer tray, washing machine, dishwasher, combination oven, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Sheets and towels are provided. Parking is free on the street in front of the accommodation. A secure private location is possible depending on availability for €7.5/day. Jacuzzi and gym options can be booked on site at any time. Duo offer for the jacuzzi at €30 per session + €10 per additional person (limited to 5) Fitness room at €40 in duo offer. These options are privatized during the time of use for the health safety of our guests and for their comfort. Systematic sanitization provided by our services before each use. Outdoor table tennis is available free of charge. An electric barbecue is possible for €20 for the duration of your stay. The price includes cleaning by us.
