Quietly located, yet in about 700 m on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The cozy semi-detached house with spacious outdoor area is spread over two floors and offers enough space for up to 5 people with approx. 95 m². A spacious hallway with wardrobe welcomes you and leads you to the modernly furnished living room. Here you can enjoy relaxing evenings on the couch to read a book in peace, for example. The separate kitchen is very well-equipped and offers you many opportunities to cook together with the whole family. Your adjoining dining area with a large table lets you feast and enjoy your heart's mood. The shower bath with toilet is located right next to the hallway. Upstairs, your sleeping world awaits you: a spacious bedroom with double bed (2x90x200 cm) and fitted wardrobes. Again, another flat-screen TV was thought of. You will also find a children's room with 3 single beds. From the children's room you can reach the daily light bathroom with bathtub, towel warmer and toilet. The bathtub is just right after long winter walks along the coast. If the sun is shining, you don't have to go to the beach - your garden is a gem and fantastic place to enjoy the sun there. Although you should strictly refrain from doing household work on vacation, there is still a washing machine available in case of an emergency. The wifi connection is included. Two car outdoor parking spaces reserved for you in front of the house. If you want to bring your bikes, they are also thought of with a parking space. A high chair is available for small guests. Please understand that this holiday property is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed. The rental price is for 4 people, additional persons will be charged extra with an extra charge per night. Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (100 x 200 cm), wardrobe, blackout option. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, blackout option. There is always something going on in Timmendorfer Strand: numerous events, moving open-air concerts, sporting activities and culinary events. And you can stroll on the well-kept promenade with chic boutiques and well-known cafes with outdoor seating. In addition, the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach attracts many guests in every season. Just leave your car at home and enjoy the stress-free journey to Timmendorfer Strand by train. The train station is only about 5 minutes away by foot from your cottage.
