The bus behind the apartment is very frequent and only takes less than 20 minutes to reach the main metro station, from where you can travel anywhere very quickly, so very convenient. Some people stayed in apartments closer to the city but to be honest, they can be quite noisy and no greenery-zoo-trail and over price. Perfect place to relax and stay away from the hustle bustle of the city but is easily connected to the city. The space The apartment is situated behind the bus stop, and the commute to the main metro station takes approximately 20 minutes. From there, you can conveniently access various destinations within the city via the metro or by utilizing ride-sharing services such as Liftago, Bolt, Uber, or taxi. This location provides an ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility to the city’s vibrant energy. While it offers a serene escape from the urban hustle and bustle, it remains conveniently connected to the city’s attractions. The apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance of a shopping mall that offers a wide variety of stores and a reputable grocery store. The neighborhood is known for its tranquil atmosphere, secure parking facilities, and easy accessibility to downtown. The surrounding area provides convenient access to the nearby zoo, Salabka Vineyard, and botanical garden, which offer a delightful experience. This studio is equipped with a contemporary kitchen featuring state-of-the-art Miele appliances, including an oven, microwave, and washer/dryer. 📌A complimentary Wi-Fi network with a basic data limit of 3 GB per month (ca 100 MB per a day) is included in the rental price. Additional data plans can be purchased at a reasonable cost, up to an unlimited data plan for approximately 45 EUR per calendar month. We recommend confirming the data plan agreement prior to the commencement of your stay. The studio features a distinctive pool-over-bed design, accommodating one or two guests with an additional natural mattress. However, new window treatments have been installed, and Dyson ventilator/new air filtration equipment is available. Additionally, a daily fee of 500 euros will be imposed for breaching the contract and violating the short-term stay law that was mutually agreed upon prior to your departure. By confirming your stay for more than 29 days, you waive the long-term stay law, which does not apply. This fee of 500 euros per day will be automatically charged to your credit card upon your unauthorized extension of your stay without the owner’s consent.
