It's a short drive to beautiful Stamford, Oakham and Rutland Water. The property has solid wooden floors throughout the ground floor and commands views across the village green. The property started life as the village blacksmiths and over time has evolved serving as a petrol station in the 1950s and more recently as the village doctor's surgery and as a photographic studio. There is only one bathroom has a roll top bath with a shower attachment. Please note that the bath is quite high and is a bit of a step to get in and out, those less mobile will wish to be aware of this, moreover, the shower space is reasonably limited.
