Casa Las Escaleritas, everything you could imagine!

The space Casa las Escaleras is a 500 sq. meter property, with a two-story house of 80 sq. meters, with two independent bedrooms, full bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room. It owes its name to the two staircases that we discovered in the central courtyard when we first cleaned the farm. Both are made of stone, so beautiful. You can enjoy breakfast in the cistern, with the garden on one side and the cobbled courtyard on the other and a wonderful view over the Atlantic from 800 meters high. The house is in a rural settlement in the Llanos area, in Isora, all the nearby houses are traditional in style and are either well preserved or in the process of being renovated. This guarantees a stay in a unique setting. Casa de las Escaleritas is a traditional house on the outside but modern on the inside, a good mix of tradition and modernity. We put the utmost interest in preserving that traditional flavor mixed with today's comfort and convenience. Our rehabilitation project has passed all the essential controls of the Canarian authorities, guaranteeing its respect for the origin, style, rehabilitation and conservation of the property. It is registered in the general registry of tourist accommodations of the Canary Islands community. The sun and light are continuously present in any room of the house due to its southeast orientation. At the same time it is protected from the trade winds, so typical of the Canary Islands. In the village there is a church, doctor's office, and supermarket. Gas stations, banks and ATMs are in Valverde, Frontera and El Pinar. Guest access The house has a barbecue. Garden area and patio and terrace area. There is garden furniture for the different areas including hammocks. There is also a hammock to hang between the plum and pear trees in the orchard area. Other things to note In the Isora well there is a small supermarket that opens even on Sunday mornings.
