In the large, bright living room you can use a 49-inch TV with satellite connection and German channels. A Bluetooth-enabled soundbar rounds off the entertainment offer. A large FIREPLACE creates a romantic atmosphere and warmth. If you want to relax, you can put your feet up on the comfortable sofa. A wide patio door leads from the living room to the garden. There is a large, cozy TERRACE waiting for you where you can enjoy the sun and sunsets. Existing garden furniture invites you to dine and chill on the terrace. Our open kitchen is connected to the living room. There you will find everything you need for cooking and baking. An oven with a ceramic hob and extractor hood will help you prepare your favorite dishes. So that cleaning up after dinner doesn't take too long, you can use the existing dishwasher. Our bathroom is small but modern and equipped with a shower. It was renovated in 2020 and we really succeeded in its design. Just like the bathroom, our two bedrooms are quite small. But we have spared no effort or expense so that you, as our guests, can sleep well on your vacation. Our beds are very comfortable. Pillows and quilts are also of the highest quality. You have the option of watching TV in every bedroom. It is important to us that you know that access to the second bedroom is via the first bedroom. Duvets and pillows are available in the house, but you should bring bed linen and towels from home. The beds have the following sizes: 160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm. Duvets are 140cm wide. Pillows are 80 x 80cm. Our property is completely fenced, so if you visit us with your four-legged friend, you can let him run around freely without any worries.
