The villa is situated on a secluded plot, with its own pool and garden, within the residential seaside village of Binisafua (sometimes spelt Binisafuller), Menorca. A traditional fisherman's dwelling, it has been extensively refurbished and remodelled to a high-specification, and boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bath/shower room. The large dining table seats eight comfortably for outdoor dining in the balmy evenings Binisafua is a residential area located in a privileged place, just 800 meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca and only 600 meters from Binisafua beach. Despite touching the sea, this area moves away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts allowing its guests a relaxing holiday. In spite of them, it has the advantage of the proximity of restaurants or supermarkets.
