There is a remote control to use whilst using the blinds. There is also a remote control for lighting in the garden. Very peaceful & calm. Ultra modern property with clean lines. This property has a pressure washer for power on demand while using the water. There is under floor heating available with marble flooring in the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen, dining room and two living rooms are available to use. Access to washing machine. Access to office room too. Playstation 4 Pro available also access to TV (Netflix, Freeview Channels) Ultra modern gas fire available in 1 of the 3 living rooms. Access to this using a remote control. South facing garden. Sun is in the garden for nearly 11/12 hours of the day. Parking available on private driveway up to 7 cars. Bus stop is close by. 10 mins walk. Bus runs every half an hour to Northampton Town Centre. Train Station is a short 5 mins walk from Northampton Bus Station. Any damages there is a penalty of £1,000 whilst staying here. No pets allowed. Children welcome. Smoking permitted in the garden.
