The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended. The space The cottage has its own small garden/seating area, this is enclosed and isolated from the main house. Guests and doggies have full access to the fenced paddock area which includes a picnic table. The original exterior staircase is only used as a fire exit, with an internal staircase providing access to the first floor bedroom and bathroom. There is log burning fire supplied with complimentary logs. Both bedrooms have king size beds, a television and individual bath and shower rooms. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with separate fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Iron / ironing board, hairdryer and towels are provided. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole of the cottage and the enclosed outside space. Guests can use the paddock for outdoor activities or walking doggies. There is guest parking available on site close to the cottage for 1-3 cars. It is very important for our turnaround that check out time is adhered to. Other things to note We love you to bring your doggies, (two maximum) but please don't leave them unattended in the cottage. There are several kennels close by including doggie day care which may be of help, just ask for details if needed. We have a smart TV, you just need your passwords to access Netflix, Prime etc.
